The private entrance door leads into the lounge, where full height windows allow you to relax on the sofa and take in the view, perhaps read one of the books or play one of the games provided for guests. The west facing decking area with table and chairs provides the perfect place for alfresco meals and to take in the views over the horse paddocks towards the adjacent farm fields. Beyond the lounge is the dining area and well-equipped open plan kitchen with modern integrated appliances including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer and the dining area has an oak table and chairs. The property was lovely and everything we could need was provided. We were provided with clear information and any instructions we might need when we arrived and plenty of brochures for the places to visit in the surrounding area. Overall we had a lovely stay in the property and would definitely recommend it to anyone we knew who was going to stay in that area for a holiday in the future. Many thanks for a great holiday from Mr and Mrs Merritt

The property is ideally located for exploring the surrounding area and only a couple of minutes walk to the local buses giving easy access to Portsmouth and Chichester. Thanks Jo and Neil for the warm welcome and for showing us round the stables to meet the horses. The generous welcome pack was also very much appreciated. Stan and Vicky
