Guests generally find the property comfortable, with ample space and cosy areas for relaxation. Some guests mentioned the beds being a bit soft and the floors creaky, which slightly affects the comfort score.
The property is well-equipped for large groups, with a large kitchen and garden space. However, some guests noted a lack of showers relative to the number of guests and issues with hot water supply, which impacts the facilities score.

John, our host, was more than helpful and would come to sort out any problems without any fuss. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone who wants a large venue for a peaceful, relaxing break. Ten out of ten.

We met John, the owner, who was a lovely man and extremely helpful. He really wanted us to enjoy our stay and that we did! Hope to see you again! Thank you. Adrian and all the family!

All those on the farm made us feel very welcome and we felt very much at home. The cottage is excellent for a family get-together, very comfortable and with room for everyone to find their own space. The garden is very safe for children and a lovely place to spend a summer evening, with ample picnic tables and a bbq corner. Watching the swallows and starlings gather to roost in the evening, picking blackberries, hearing the horses clopping past from time to time - and wonderful public footpaths to the village shop and pub, as well as farther afield. Although it appears to be in the middle of nowhere, the location is actually only about half an hour by car from very well-known sites such as Salisbury, Old Sarum, Stonehenge, Beaulieu and of course the New Forest with all its ponies and wildlife. We hope to return in the future - many thanks to John and Irene and all the people we met.
