32 Cranleigh Close is a delightful property, situated within the quaint suburb of Tuckton, Bournemouth. Resting within a sought after area, close to a number of iconic beaches, this cottage makes for an outstanding family getaway to Dorset. Upon entering this well-presented property, you are welcomed into a brightly-decorated hallway leading you into a sitting room, which oozes an atmosphere of tranquillity. Beyond here is an open-plan kitchen with a formal dining room, perfect for hosting a dinner party for the entire family. Retire of an evening within one of three elegantly-dressed bedrooms, comprising of a double, a twin and a single, each benefiting from ample storage space. Completing the first floor is a bathroom, fitted with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC, finished with a charming seaside theme. From the conservatory, you can throw open the patio door to enjoy the summer months within the well-kept garden area, comprising of a charming summer house and garden furniture. Venture out into the delightful suburb, where you will find the local pub and a selection of shops within a 5-minute walk. Moreover, this cottage is a superb base for exploring the sandy beaches of Bournemouth, the wonderful Boscombe Pier and Hengistbury Head. If you are feeling adventurous, you can hop on an exciting boat trip with several stop options available, including a trip down the River Stour and the ferry ride to Christchurch or Mudeford Quay are popular for crabbing. From Mudeford Quay it is a short stroll to Avon Beach. If you are visiting with younger guests, they will be thrilled with Mighty Claws Adventure Golf, Littledown Miniature Railway and the exciting Oceanarium, each situated close by. 32 Cranleigh Close is a fantastic base to come home to after a busy day exploring.
Tuckton can be found nestled within the seaside town of Bournemouth, resting on the River Stour. Within this village you will find a number of cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops as well as attractions including Tuckton Gardens and Bournemouth Boating Services. Close by is the larger town of Bournemouth where you will find a selection of number of museums, amusements and a huge cinema complex, in addition to the sandy beach and coastline.

All the divan bases creak and the mattresses are sagging. With new beds I would not be able to find fault with the property and would give it 10/10. With new beds I would rebook in a heartbeat.

Garden beautiful. Plenty of information about the property, the appliances and the surrounding area. Found the information folder with what to see and do in the area very helpful. Also found the visitors book had some top tips although forgot to write in there myself. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay
