Having parked in the off-road parking with an EV charger, take in the stunning views out to sea across Baiter Park before entering the property into a spacious hallway. The stunning open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner at the rear of the property is the heart of the home. Here you can enjoy cooking up a treat in the kitchen, with the wood burner providing the warmth you need in the winter and floor-to-ceiling windows offering views over the secluded garden. A small step in the hallway leads you to the downstairs bedroom which is serviced by a shower room; a stylish snug with PS5 console; and a utility room. When the day is done, head upstairs to the three inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts stunning sea views and offers a secluded balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee relaxing before the start of another day exploring. The master bedroom is serviced by a large en-suite shower room. The family bathroom can also be found on this floor which completes this well-proportioned stylish accommodation.

This spacious property was very clean , with very high standard furnishings and fittings ,very comfortable beds and provided an excellent base for a mixed age family gathering , as bedroom configuration was flexible . Wonderful view from main bedroom . It’s worth being aware that the train runs across the back of the property , although hidden from view . It was brilliantly situated just a couple of minutes from waterfront , park and the walk to Poole Quay , plus short drive to Sandbanks and chain ferry , so proved an ideal base for exploring but was also somewhere we enjoyed returning to .

Excellent location for enjoying Poole and easy access to Bournemouth and Dorset Coast (especially off-season via the chain ferry at Sandbanks). Unmissables include Brownsea Island (boats best from Poole Quay) and bring binoculars if you like birds and red squirrels, sea food at Shell Bay restaurant and hearty meals at the New Inn near Corfe Castle (also good to visit)

We had the most fabulous week at Saltwater, the house is just beautiful, well situated and very well equipped and welcoming. It was our annual family holiday for seven and was perfect for walks, days out and chilling out! We all enjoyed it immensely and will hopefully return in the future!
