I tried texting and ringing numerous times, eventually getting through only a couple of days before our break. The chap seemed a little puzzled as to why I was speaking to him but the beds were sorted. He did mention that it might explain why he got random messages about the WiFi not working and that he never actioned these * when we got to the property as expected the WiFi wasn’t working and the router password provided in the instruction book bore no resemblance to the kit. Because of my previous conversation and because we were only staying two nights I didn’t pursue this further.

There were 9 of us staying plus 2 kids and it was perfect. The open space was great for everyone and kitchen island was such a perfect touch for the social aspect of the stay. The kitchen was the most stocked kitchen we’d stayed in, it had everything you needed. The beds were all really comfy and the pillows were nice and big too. The only problem we had was that the WiFi wasn’t working. We did try and get in contact with the owners to get it sorted but we had no reply. It didn’t ruin the stay but it would have been handy to have it.
