The village of Saint Kew Highway is found at the bottom of the Allen Valley. It has stores, a bar, and a nine-hole golf course with 18 distinct tees on the outskirts of the village. There are several smaller villages and hamlets in the vicinity, many of which also have a bar, including Saint Kew, a settlement with a church and a tavern, which is only a few miles away. The market town of Wadebridge, which is close by and has several stores, bars, and restaurants in addition to the only movie theatre in North Cornwall, is nearby. Wonderful walking paths, as well as chances for horseback riding and cycling, can be found in this region of Cornwall. The cities of Padstow and Newquay, as well as the coast's sandy beaches, rocky coves, and towering cliffs, are close by. A convenient starting point for seeing both the countryside and the shore of north Cornwall is Saint Kew Highway.
