Port Isaac 2.4 miles. This inviting ground-floor cottage rests in rural surroundings in the hamlet of Pendoggett on North Cornwall’s splendid coast. Just two and a half miles from the bustling village of Port Isaac, this well-presented bungalow welcomes families and friends eager to explore a blend of country and coast. Be greeted by off-road parking before stepping into the open-plan living area, where you can curl up beside the woodburning stove and catch up on the day’s events. Tuck into heart-warming meals at the dining table, which can be prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, with an electric oven and hob to assist you. Throw open the patio doors to find the enclosed patio; here you can savour a glass of wine and admire the far-reaching countryside as your pooch roams freely. As the evening cools, retire inside and indulge in a soothing soak in the bathroom or enjoy a hot shower before climbing into bed. There are two white-washed bedrooms to choose from, opt for the double or the twin bedroom, both with built-in wardrobe to house your personal belongings. If you fancy a break from the kitchen, head into Port Isaac and sample the many cafés, pubs and restaurants on offer such as The Cornish Arms which serves food and drinks and is right on your doorstep! Port Isaac is a popular village set on the Atlantic north coast of Cornwall. Considered an attractive fishing village since the 14th century, the village has retained much of its traditional charm seen through the winding streets, old white-washed cottages and traditional slate fronted houses. Today the village offers a number of amenities for holidaymakers, including several pubs, restaurants and independent shops, as well as the sandy harbour which is perfect for rock-pooling.

We came with two plus two dogs, nice enclosed field where they can let of steam and perfectly placed for what Cornwall has to offer. Cream tea and dog treats on arrival tops this off. Fantastic facilities from coffee maker,bath and shower, twin and double bed plus spaced seating areas and an outdoor suntrap patio.it has been a delight to stay here and we will return

The very welcome Cornish Scones, Jam, tea and coffee along with milk in the fridge, awaiting us along with so many thoughtful additional things to make our stay from the start welcoming. Great meadow for doggies to run around. Lovely peaceful place yet so easy to get to many places including eateries. 10/10.

The cottage is a credit to Tracy and John with the attention to detail for all your needs taken care of. You are put at ease as dog owners at the thought that has been put in by the owners regarding safety and security for your pet. Great location for trips out with rock beach only 10 mins away. Hope to return again.
