The property has everything that we needed and the location is second to none. The house was very clean and comfortable, a real home-from-home. Waking up to the view over the sea was magical and listening to the sound of the waves from the garden was so relaxing. We've packed a lot in, taking in the most of what this part of Cornwall has to offer. The local beaches have been stunning and the Coast Path provides lots of great walks and picturesque views. We've ticked everything off on our 'first-timer' bucket list, but will definitely be back to stay here again!

The views are stunning, the property is perfect and the location is great. The house itself has been very thoughtfully restored, while still holding its charm. It was very clean and very spacious and the views from the front of the house were breathtaking! There were kids toys in the trunk in the very spacious living room and games and puzzles in the blue drawers opposite where the coats are hung, which was an added bonus, and the fact our 4-legged friend was welcome made it a true family holiday. The info pack provided before the stay was extremely thorough and the extra info at the property was even more comprehensive, which was much appreciated. Sue and Andy were available for any queries before and during our stay, but all the info, amenities and property was so great, we really didnât need anything, but it was great to know they were available if we had. The outside porch area was sheltered and my favourite place during the day to sit and watch the sea. The garden to the front had areas to sit and do the same. To the back of the house was an outside shower that could be attached to the hose for rinsing off wetsuits and children! And the huge greenhouse was a brilliant place to dry the gear off, ready for the next dayâs adventures. There were also beach toys, chairs and bodyboards to borrow if you left anything at home! When we make it back to Cornwall we will be booking Stonecroft again, as it made our family holiday to Praa Sands extra special and itâs rarely that a holiday home feels as special as Stonecroft truly is.

The view from the front of the house is amazing, breakfasts and evenings spent as a family looking out over the sea is idyllic. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable, plenty of living space for 5 of us and the bathrooms are modern. Everything was lovely and clean Pictures of the cottage donât fully show the elevation of the cottage in relation to the beach, but access to the beach is just a short 5 minute walk away with steps or a slope down. Shop at the end of the lane had most things we needed but Coop down the road was also useful. Communication from our hosts was excellent, all the info the pack pack sent ahead of time was great. Will definitely visit again, being so close to Praa Sands was lovely, and just short drives out to Marazion, St Ives and Lands End.
