On entering the property, guests are greeted by a spacious open- plan living area comprising of dining, sitting and kitchen areas. French doors from the sitting room open onto a delightful terrace equipped with seating and barbecue for al fresco dining. The well- equipped kitchen has ample working space and a breakfast bar overlooking the dining area. Also situated on the ground floor is a cloakroom with toilet and basin. On the first floor, there are three stylish bedrooms- two doubles and one twin. There is also a family bathroom. On-site facilities include tennis courts, children’s outdoor play areas and an indoor plunge pool, gym and bar (seasonal). Pendra Loweth is ideally situated for the beautiful Falmouth beaches: Maenporth and Swanpool are just 1 mile away by car or a 25 minute walk. Gyllyngvase is 2 miles away on the outskirts of the town. Falmouth is a popular town, steeped in nautical history and boasting the third deepest natural harbour in the world. It is home to the National Maritime Museum, and Pendennis Castle, built by King Henry VIII. Visitors will enjoy Exploring the town with its narrow streets, independent shops, galleries, bars and restaurants. For those that want to explore further afield, take a boat trip from Falmouth across the River Fal to Flushing or St Mawes, or up towards Truro for a great day out.

Falmouth, has the world's third largest harbour, possesses winding streets and beaches. It will keep you occupied for hours. There's also harbour-side pubs, shopping, an art gallery and of course the National Maritime Museum Pendennis Castle, built by Henry viii, it's signature attraction, located on its own peninsula. Just over from the harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, which is surrounded rocky coves, beaches and the green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Swanpool Nature Reserve is also close, and has a lagoon and a variety of wildlife. Falmouth really does offer something for all of the family.
