Guests say

Seascape is a well-regarded apartment in Falmouth, praised for its excellent location with stunning sea views and proximity to the beach and town. Guests appreciate the well-equipped and beautifully decorated interiors, as well as the thoughtful welcoming touches from the owner. While some minor issues were noted, such as occasional noise and a single report of dust, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests eager to return.

Most guests found the apartment to be clean and well-maintained. However, one review mentioned it was extremely dusty, suggesting a slight inconsistency in cleanliness. This appears to be an isolated incident rather than a common trend.

The location is consistently praised for its stunning views, proximity to the beach, and easy access to the town and coastal walks. The only drawback mentioned is occasional late-night noise during weekends.

The apartment is generally considered comfortable, with a few guests noting the high quality of the beds and the balcony. However, some guests found the settees uncomfortable and one mentioned the need for a fan in the second bedroom.

Facilities are highly rated, with guests appreciating the fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, and secure parking. One guest mentioned an issue with the extractor fans not working, but this seems to be an isolated concern.

While guests have mentioned welcoming touches from the owner, there is no specific mention of gifts, and therefore it is not possible to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such personal touches, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and exactly as discribed. Loved it!

We could not get the extractor fans to work in either bathroom, so as there are no windows, it became very steamed up and damp. I noted the vent axia was turned off at the power socket in the utility cupboard, so assume there is a problem.

We all absolutely loved our stay at apartment number 29 The Liner. From the moment we entered the private carpark at the centre of the apartment building with our own space to walking into the apartment it felt like we were on holiday. The apartment is sparkling clean and has everything you want for a holiday. fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, ice machine, dish washer and every cooking utensil you would need, if cooking is what you fancy doing. The balcony runs the full length of the apartment with views of the beach, sea and beautiful landscaped gardens. There’s a lovely accessible path that runs all the way round to the next cove. The beach café opposite serves tasty freshly cooked meals and has a bakery next to it for daily fresh bread and cakes. The walk into the town centre is an easy 20 minutes. So here’s for the one tiny negative and it is tiny, the noise from the diesel engine running the small pizza and coffee horse box that turns up every morning just opposite the apartment building. The apartment patio doors are fantastic for blocking out the noise of the outside but my sensitive hearing could hear the diesel engine every morning waking up. But that’s it. That’s my one negative. Thankyou apartment 29 for a much needed week away. We hope to be back soon.
