With its two bedrooms and open plan Vaulted ceiling living room, this apartment is a comfortable and excellent base to explore the captivating and vibrant area, along with all the other delights Cornwall has to offer.
Both bedrooms are to the rear of this double aspect property, one king size double and a single bedroom room, sleeping 3 at the moment. ( There will be a bunk bed in the single room, from 18th June so will be sleeping 4 then).

Modern open plan well equipped kitchen with double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher microwave.
There is a hallway cupboard that houses the washing machine.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over and a heated towel rail, WC and wash hand basin.
There is an internal lift providing unrestricted access to the apartment.
Car parking is by way of a pay machine, where local charges apply.

Included; Bed linen and towels are provided (but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels), WiFi, electricity and heating.
Pets; No pets
Telephone; No landline. Mobile reception: O2 and EE excellent. Can also use internet to connect to own mobile if on other network.
Local Facilities; Eden Project 6.5 miles. Polruan by foot ferry 9 mins. Charlestown (tall ships harbour) 7 miles away. Menabilly and Polkerris beach (Daphne du Maurier area) 4 miles. Readymoney Cove and the Cornwall Costal Path 15 mins walk.
