Once a Coastguard cottage, now beautifully refurbished to a high standard throughout, Rosemary Cottage enjoys views out to the sea, up the river and across to Fowey, there is a garden and nearby parking - the three most sought after features. The accommodation is on three floors, is light and airy, and enjoys the sun for most of the day.

ground floor-  

Bedroom 1: A twin bedroom with chest of drawers.  

Lounge/Diner: A living / dining room with wood burning stove, New wood flooring for 2018, TV, radio/CD and a well-stocked book case. Dining table with seating for 4. There is also a toilet on this floor. 

Kitchen: A well-equipped fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc, this leads to a sheltered, south facing patio with garden furniture.  

1ST floor-  

Bedroom 2: South facing and full of light - this bedroom has a king and a single bed. 

Bathroom: W/c, hand basin and bath with electric shower over.  

second floor- 

The whole of the top floor provides a comfortable sitting room with double aspect windows looking out to sea to the south and up the river to the north. There is a TV/DVD and video, radio/cassette/CD player, wifi and a wide variety of books, games and videos to keep the whole family entertained. 

garden AND outside space- The back door leads to a sheltered, south facing patio/garden with garden furniture. Seating for 4.  

parking- Private Parking available. If you require additional parking the Main car park is sign posted to the left as you come down Fore Street. A small amount of parking may be available on the quay. Weekly tickets can be purchased at the car park for £25.00.

power AND heating- Electricity and Heating included in the rental price. The cottage is heated by night storage heaters and convector heaters making it suitable for holidaying all year round. There is also the bonus of a wood burning stove in the lower lounge for extra cosiness.

bedding AND towels- Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
