… in Gwithian Towans, halfway along this fine stretch of sand, a roomy, very well maintained, detached house with good sea views across its enclosed (low turf bank) lawned garden. Conveniently next door to a licensed café/restaurant and only a few hundred yards from the beach. Outdoor shower for sandy bodies.
Living room (TV/DVD) with half conservatory (sea views, great sunsets), glazed sliding door to balcony and 7 steps down to garden; fitted kitchen/dining room (slimline dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, American-style fridge-freezer with ice-maker/water chiller, electric range-style cooker) with TV/DVD and patio door to small back garden and parking. Three ground-floor bedrooms – two double with washbasins and sea views, and a twin (2’6" beds); shower-room (suite with large cubicle). Steep, narrow stairs up to a fourth bedroom with a double plus single bed and even better sea views; bathroom (suite, shower over bath, sloping ceiling with beams).
Sleeps maximum of 9, including babies; best for maximum of 6 adults. An excellent family house, just across from the beach.
