Angarrack is a quaint village, popular all-year-round and best known for incredible Christmas light displays. There is a traditional Cornish pub, serving food, a short walk away and there is access to the A30 less than a mile away, making much of Cornwall easily accessible. Head to nearby Hayle for a selection of shops, bakeries, restaurants and fish and chip shops, along with a glorious 3-mile stretch of golden sand, where you can enjoy a host of watersports such as surfing and body boarding, while the Paradise Park and JungleBarn makes for a fun family day out. St Ives is slightly further afield, with its horseshoe-shaped bay and selection of fantastic beaches, as well as a thriving art scene, with Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden two of the must-visit attractions.
