The dining table accommodates four, allowing for enjoyable meals with friends or providing flexibility for additional guests using the sofa bed option upstairs. On the first floor, the lounge area with a corner sofa provides a relaxing spot to unwind, and the Smart TV offers access to your favourite shows. In the bedroom, the spacious super-king-size bed adds a luxurious touch and can be converted into two singles if preferred. Velux windows bathe the upper floor in natural light while ensuring privacy and comfort, and a convenient cloakroom can also be found on this level.       Clean, comfortable and well furnished accommodation just a few minutes walk from several frequent bus routes. Used as a base for walking South West Coastal Path between Falmouth and Porthleven.
