The solid stone built house has been renovated and decorated to a very high standard. A lot of thought and effort has gone into making every room unique and lovely. It is also in a good central location in the village with excellent views but doesn't feel overlooked. There is lots of outdoor space and a large garden area ideal for kids to play games (quite rare in this village which is otherwise generally quite squeezed in). There is plenty of room for a big group with en-suite bathrooms for most bedrooms. The owners were very helpful and responsive. They also left us a wonderful welcome basket of fresh local food from the farm shop.. far exceeded anything we have ever had in any other rental. We have stayed in lots of holiday houses and ths is certainly one of (if not the) best...

Beautiful decor, gorgeous views and spotlessly clean. Welcome pack was delightful and included a homemade strawberry and cream sponge. It’s the little things that make it perfect. Books to read, lots of which Cornish based (nice touch). Well stocked choice of games. Plenty of towels and facilities spot on. Thank you to the owners and the housekeeper for a wonderful stay and for sorting a problem for us that we had caused ourselves. Would recommend this house 100% Cadgewith has a real charm and the locals were so friendly and the Sea shanti music in local pub was very good.
