Guests say

The Dynar in Helston offers a well-presented and spotless accommodation with comfortable double beds and modern amenities. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches such as complimentary beer, biscuits, and toiletries. While some guests suggest minor improvements, the overall experience is positive, with the property providing a pleasant stay.

Reviews consistently mention the property being clean and well-presented, with only a minor note on the bathroom needing resealing. The high standard of cleanliness is a strong point for The Dynar.

The location is generally good, but the proximity to a club that can be noisy from Thursday to Sunday morning has been a concern for some guests. This factor has affected the sleep quality for those staying during these times.

The beds are described as comfy, and the property is well-furnished. However, there are comments about the pillows being too soft for personal preference and the flat being overly warm, suggesting some issues with temperature control.

The property is well-equipped and guests are pleased with the modern amenities, including TVs in each room. However, there are suggestions for improvement such as adding coat hooks, the ability to open bedroom windows, and addressing the heating issue.

Guests have expressed gratitude for the welcome tray and complimentary items, which add a thoughtful touch to their stay. It's important to note that such gifts, while appreciated, are not guaranteed for every visit.

The heating was an issue. As in, we couldn’t turn it off completely and the flat was BOILING when we arrived. And never were able to turn it off to zero during our stay in July. On the up side, we loved the complimentary beer, popcorn and shower gels/soaps. The flat was tidy and fairly clean. Duvets were too much given the central heating options.. so sheets would be good too. No views whatsoever out of the windows, which were filthy but clearly difficult to access and so clean. (Seagull and Pidgeon poo) Advice on how steep the staircase is would be a good heads up too. I have cancer and the stairs were a struggle. Super Steeper than the norm.. but I managed ish. Thank you for the teas and coffee sachets.. All in all in served it’s purpose. And for that we are thankful. TVs in each room was a blessing too. Thank you

Everyone comes out of the club at 3am and stay one the street outside until silly o’clock. We left today at 4am and police were just outside because of fighting. No ideal at all Bathroom needs resealing as looks really scruffy and the nets at the window are awful. Our friends were next door and the noise for them was awful

I loved it. The beds were so comfy and everything was spotless. A real bonus to have double beds and not twins. It was such a pleasure to stay in. I loved it.
