For a longer day out, you're only 16 miles in the car from the must-see Eden Project or 18 miles from the National Trust's Lanhydrock House.

- There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However, there is a large pay and display carpark at the top of the village
