Be welcomed into a stylishly-decorated home with stone wall accents and rustic wooden furnishings; in the open-plan space you'll find a spacious kitchen with ample counter and hob space for those large family feasts, enjoy it all around the dining table, then cuddle up with your loved ones in the sitting room for family movie night. Open up the patio doors and make use of the seating areas in the rear garden during those warmer months, watch the kids and dogs run around the vast lawn or pour yourselves a glass of wine for a late night chat on the bench swing. You can take a stroll to the Dog friendly Willow Tree Cafe and Woodland Walk or visit the steam train from Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley on a 5-mile round trip. Launceston is within driving distance of the seaside resorts of Bude and Padstow to the north, and Plymouth to the south, as well as the stunning Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. A superb base for exploring Cornwall and Devon.
