Superb cottage, decorated to a high standard with all the necessary equipment. Situated in a beautiful part of Cornwall with easy access to the surrounding areas.

A really super holiday house. Nicely furnished, well-equipped, spotlessly clean and very spacious. A peaceful location overlooking the river, even the passing trains were quiet. Just a short walk into Lostwithiel and nice to be alongside the railway station to hop on a train to explore further afield. Highly recommended and we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook again. The house had everything we needed.

A really lovely, clean, well equipped property. Everything you could want is provided, beds comfortable, location is great for exploring Cornwall and neighbours were lovely and friendly. The snug is great for children with lots of games provided for those rainy days or nights in. The top bedroom was quite warm on warm nights but we used the fan provided which was great. We had a lovely stay here and would definitely consider going back.
