Lovely cornish tea as a welcome gift was great. We always got a parking space although some difficulty in maneuvering to get out, very narrow driveway, easier to drive past and enter the drive turning right. Close to beach and local eateries.

The hot tub was set at a great temperature, and we enjoyed the fact that we were left to it for the week, with no visits to check on it. A lovely welcome pack was provided, which we enjoyed. The apartment was spotless, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, so close to the beach. Just a few miles walk to Penzance, where we enjoyed a rib ride. The bus service is spot on, Portheven is definitely worth a visit. We only used the car once, which is unheard of us us. The neighbours were friendly. The two garden chairs in the front were a great place to sit and soak up the sun when back at base, and within sight of the sea.
