Other lovely beaches, including Polurrian, Poldhu and Gunwalloe, with its quaint church, are within 1 mile, while Kynance Cove (3 miles), near the tip of the rugged Lizard Peninsula, is a Cornish gem, renowned for its remarkable rock formations.
