2 Europa Court in Newquay, Cornwall, is generally praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and superb location. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, large TV, and the property's proximity to local attractions. The outdoor seating and pool are noted as well-maintained, and the property is dog-friendly, with a nearby beach for walks. Some guests experienced issues with dampness, maintenance, and Wi-Fi connectivity, but these do not overshadow the overall positive experiences.
The apartment is frequently described as clean and well-prepared upon arrival. However, some guests noted marked duvets and pillows, and pet hair on furnishings, suggesting room for improvement in thoroughness.
The location is highly praised for its convenience, with easy access to shops, beaches, and being an ideal spot for exploring Cornwall. It is a consistent positive aspect in the reviews.
Guests find the beds comfortable and the living space well-furnished with sofas and a large TV. However, issues with dampness and mould affected the comfort level for some.
The facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and pool, are appreciated, but several maintenance issues such as a sticking bathroom door, non-functional TV remote, and poor Wi-Fi detract from the overall experience.
While the property is described as well-stocked and prepared for guests, there are no specific mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

We arrived to find it just as advertised, a lovely apartment with everything you need and spotlessly clean. Our only gripe was the ensuite was unusable due to a broken toilet seat which couldn't be sat on and a basin that had the plug fast stuck shut. Surely the cleaners would have noticed this and should have asked maintenance to fix. Also the door from the lounge to the hallway doesn't close properly so it rattles unless you leave it wide open. It would be handier if the terrace had some sort of fence or barrier so that you could sit out with your dogs on the terrace. The rule of no dogs on the grass means you can't really sit on the terrace if you have dogs with you for concern of them stepping out. The entrance to the car park could do with better thought as there's minimal room to sit your car in the road whilst fiddling with a chain to open it. We had a lovely holiday and would certainly come back. Thank you
Vanessa
Everything was very clean and comfortable. Only downside was the WiFi that really was very poor, and hardly worked at all. As the weather wasn't great and two youngster with us, the WiFi was important to us.
