Perfectly located for a coastal Cornish holiday to remember, this spacious, ground floor apartment sits in a select development of sought-after apartments in Pentire, on the edge of Newquay near Fistral Beach, where the World Surfing Championships are held. Arrive at the gated entrance and park in your private, designated parking space outside the apartment. As you enter, youll immediately sense the luxury, spacious feel that exudes throughout. A large living room, with an extremely well-equipped kitchen, comfy sofas and a dining area, also has a window seat with views right out to the sea. The balcony beyond offers the opportunity for alfresco dining at any time of day, as well as an ideal drying area for swimwear and wetsuits.There are two bedrooms, one double with a smart TV and its own en-suite facilities, and a twin with the family bathroom opposite. Whilst the main attraction of your stay will be the magnificent Fistral Beach just a few moments away, there are so many other superb sandy beaches that must not be missed. Crantock Beach, voted by the Sunday Times as the UK's top family beach, is also within walking distance at low tide, or alternatively can be reached via a short ferry ride. With such a perfect location and so much to do on your doorstep, you could easily leave the car parked up for the week, but with all of Cornwall's top attractions easily accessible, a day out before returning to the luxury of the apartment will be hard to resist. An evening of dining at Lewinnick Lodge, perched on the cliffs on the Pentire headland, is a must and is reached along the pretty coastal path. In the other direction, the path takes you into Newquay where you will find an endless choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The owner Tracey provides great support ahead of your trip talking you through what to do when you arrive, during your stay and what to do when you are preparing to leave. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The apartment owners App was very informative and well used. Perfect weather for a whole week meant we spent most of our time visiting haunts from 15 years ago. Rick Steins on Fistral Beach is well worth the walk. So many nice restaurants within easy reach.
