Guests say

Summer Breezes is a well-regarded apartment in Newquay, praised for its impeccable cleanliness, convenient location, and attentive hosts. Guests appreciate the proximity to the beach and local amenities, as well as the quiet and comfortable environment. While some minor issues were noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests willing to recommend or return.

The apartment consistently receives high praise for its cleanliness, with multiple reviews highlighting its spotless condition. One review mentioned a lack of cleaning products, but this does not detract significantly from the overall perception of cleanliness.

The location is frequently described as ideal, quiet, and well-placed for accessing the beach, local shop, and pubs. It is also noted as a good base for sightseeing. Parking issues and some difficulty finding the property were mentioned, but these are minor compared to the overall satisfaction with the location.

Guests find the apartment comfortable, with good facilities and a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. However, a few guests mentioned issues such as the bed size for taller individuals and the lack of natural light, which slightly affects the comfort score.

The apartment is equipped with sufficient amenities for a pleasant stay, though some guests noted the absence of a washing machine, drying facilities, and cleaning products. The issue with the oven not working for one guest suggests some room for improvement in maintenance.

While some guests were delighted by the welcome gifts of wine and chocolates, there are not enough references to consistent thoughtful gestures across the reviews to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and not guaranteed.

The apartment was perfect, comfy, cosy and spotless. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Short walk into middle of Village and not a lengthy walk to the beach (if you are not having to carry much with you)..

There were daddy long legs in the room and lots of slugs in the hallway. The lady owner was very rude to my husband and refused to give ua a air fryer, and suggested we went out to eat, we wouldn't have booked an apartment if we wanted to go out and eat we also had a 4 month old son. Their dog kept barking keeping us and the baby up, also parking was so tight and dangerous. Would not recommend this apartment we manged to a 10percent discount which didn't cover the food cost. Spoke to Skyke throughout the whole holiday wasting my time as owners were not responding to their emails or calls, day we got there was no electricity. Highly disappointing stay!
