If you love the beach this is the place for you! To have an allocated parking spot in such a popular place is perfect too. The owner was super helpful and friendly. There were a couple of issues with the building itself ( security door on rear doesn’t lock, the lift was broken and the stairwell smelled of strong cigarette smoke) but this is not a fault of the owner. Altogether it was a wonderful place to stay.

We loved the rear facing balcony at the back of the building, away from the busy front. The apartment is generally equipped to a high standard, the decor, furniture and fittings are very nicely done. We appreciated the Nespresso machine, washer/dryer and UHD tv. The bathrooms are lovely and again equipped to a high standard, we enjoyed the waterfall showers. The whole apartment was immaculately clean and thoughtfully set out. Lovely box of Cornish biscuits on arrival which was appreciated. A few minor points to feed back on, the property is listed as suitable for families and there is a cot, highchair etc indicating suitability for small children, so we were surprised at the glass tables which we didn’t feel were toddler safe. I would also concur with another comment about the pillows which we found hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen was well equipped but I felt the frying pans needed replacing, as they were quite worn and I didn’t want to use them. Also some of the children’s cutlery was badly chewed and in need of replacement. Having a child who is still crawling I’d also suggest that the balcony could have been swept and mopped. We also couldn’t get the DVD player to work which was a shame, but that could have been our incompetence rather than a technical issue!! Just a few things which we thought were below the overall very high standard, hopefully it’s helpful and constructive feedback. We would definitely recommend this lovely place to others, and will certainly hope to come back again ourselves!

Very modern and good layout. Although it was disappointing to realise the property did not overlook Fistral and the balcony was in the shade overlooking car park so not private which is contrary to your website which states it has a front balcony. We did find there were not enough plug sockets in fact there was no socket near the mirror in main bedroom which meant couldn;t dry hair in front of mirror. The toilet roll holder should have been on wall not freestanding. The microwave was too small to warm dinner plates. The extractor fan in the bathroom should be linked to the light switch and not separate. There was no full length mirror in the property. But the worst thing was that upon return home we received a parking fine notice from the parking company saying we had no authority to park. This really was not a good to return home to and put a blight on the holiday. This upset us. And we had an email from the parking company acknowledging our registration and duration of stay and still they sent a parking fine!!??
