Guests say

Penthouse 23 in Newquay is highly praised for its immaculate condition, spaciousness, and stunning views over Fistral Beach. Guests have enjoyed the comfortable beds, luxurious feel, and additional features such as a games room. While parking and early morning light have been minor concerns for some, these have not detracted from the overall exceptional experience, with many guests eager to return.

Guests consistently describe the property as immaculate and spotlessly clean, indicating a very high standard of cleanliness.

The property's location is frequently praised for its great views and proximity to beaches, though the parking space tightness and distance from town are noted.

The comfort of the beds and spaciousness of the rooms are highlighted, although some guests mentioned issues with early morning light and a tight parking space.

Facilities like the games room are appreciated, but points are deducted for minor maintenance issues such as a broken fridge freezer and a key safe that has lost its number.

There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so this category cannot be scored.

Well appointed with everything you could want. Perfect for family get togethers. Brilliant.

It has all you could ever need, is comfortable, homely and has a sea view from every window - this includes spectacular views over Fistral beach and a balcony that looks out to the sea and the river estuary. The pool table was a fun addition to our stay. It’s about a 30 minutes walk into town which didn’t bother us as we like walking. The only issue for us was that the fridge freezer had broken, which I know can happen, but this left us with a much smaller fridge for our 2 week stay and it didn’t fit a lot in. Overall we had an amazing 2 weeks, relaxing in the apartment and enjoying Newquay and surrounding areas.

Everything modern and everything you could think of too . The only thing we could possibly say would be the parking but once I had parked a few times it was ok . It is a shame the visitors parking couldn’t be put where 23 is as we didn’t see anyone on those slots all week . This property is simply amazing we would definitely go back in a heartbeat
