Guests say

Sea Breezes in Newquay, Cornwall, is generally praised for its cleanliness, welcoming touches, and convenient location close to local amenities and the beach. While some guests found the property to lack natural light and have a small outdoor space, the majority appreciated the well-equipped apartment, the proximity to walking paths, and the thoughtful gestures of wine and chocolates on arrival.

Guests consistently noted the property as 'spotlessly clean', with several positive remarks about the level of cleanliness. The high standard of cleanliness seems to be a strong point for Sea Breezes.

The location is frequently described as good, with proximity to the beach, local shops, and pubs. The ease of access to walking paths and the village's amenities were also highlighted, although some guests mentioned a lack of natural light due to surrounding foliage.

Comfort was generally well-received, with mentions of a 'super comfy bed' and a 'cosy' setting. However, some guests noted issues with dampness and a lack of ventilation, which affected their comfort level.

Facilities were deemed adequate, with the apartment being well-equipped. However, some guests pointed out the need for better maintenance of outdoor spaces and the small size of the bathroom facilities, which suggests room for improvement.

Many guests appreciated the thoughtful touches such as wine, chocolates, and biscuits. While these gestures were well-received, it is important to note that such gifts are a courtesy and may not be a standard inclusion for all stays.

If I were to be picky, I'd say it would be nice to have a hairdryer and the foyer light needs repair as it flashes on and off through the night. Otherwise, a lovely cottage in a nice position for walks and pubs.
