Climbing the stairs to the first floor, floor-to-ceiling windows allow an abundance of light into the additional sitting room, where you will find plenty of plush seating for the family to enjoy while unwinding and gazing out over to the open sea, or you can even savour a morning coffee out on the balcony with the crisp sea air flowing through the space. Back on the ground floor you can take advantage of one of two ground-floor king-size bedrooms, ideal for a multigenerational family since both bedrooms offer sleek en-suite shower rooms. Making your way to the remaining bedrooms to rest your eyes, the first floor hosts two super-king-size bedrooms, each with a zip and link feature and a lovely light décor with pops of blue, fitting with the ambiance of the local area. Heading up to the second floor, happen upon the master bedroom, a super-king-size with a fabulous en-suite bath, shower, basin, WC and toasty heated towel rail, perfect for a long soak after an exciting day out. You will also benefit from a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room, so you won't be left short of places to freshen up and prepare for another action-packed day. If you don't fancy cooking one evening, head out to the nearby Sandbar restaurant for a delicious meal with a Mediterranean twist overlooking the magnificent coast. Slightly further afield is the delightful The Packet Inn, a family-friendly pub offering tasty meals made with fresh Cornish produce. Spend a day at the Praa Sands Beach, which is right on the doorstep of the property and an ideal spot for an afternoon picnic in the sun. For days out while staying at Sandbanks, head to St Michael's Mount, a tidal island which is reachable by car and home to some of the most picture-perfect viewpoints in the area. If you are travelling with younger guests, Paradise Park and JungleBarn Cornwall is just a scenic drive away with over 1000 animals to discover within the gentle Cornish climate. Thrill-seeking members of your group will love a day at the nearby Flambard's Theme Park where you can get your adrenaline pumping on the rides and rollercoasters. Praa Sands is a delightful coastal village resting on the south coast between Helston and Marazion. The village is known for its mile-long beach of golden sands and excellent surfing conditions. Home to a seafront bar/restaurant, the village offers a tranquil yet lively atmosphere and is perfect for a holiday any time of year. Nearby is the picture-perfect island of St Michael's Mount, as well as Pengersick Castle which dates back to the 16th century.
