Settled within south-west Cornwall, within the quaint hamlet of Rosudgeon is this charming semi-detached stone cottage, The Packing House. Offering delightful accommodation for a family or group of four, this cottage offers open-plan living and a fabulous location for enjoying Cornwall’s south coast. Enter into the homely open-plan living space, where you can delight in relaxing with your loved ones at the end of a busy fun-filled day, relax on either of the inviting plush sofas before the TV, or gather around the dining table with a board game. Over in the kitchen area you will find a great range of appliances so you can rustle up some delicious meals in the comfort of your new home-from-home, with fresh local produce purchased from the nearby farm shop. Revel in the sunny weather by dining alfresco in the enclosed garden with a glass of something refreshing in hand. When you need your rest find two bedrooms on this all-ground-floor layout, including a double room and a twin room, delightfully decorated and perfect for re-energising for the coming adventure. Wake up and step into the shower room for a hot shower to begin your day. Why not explore your immediate surroundings and begin with a walk along the South West Coast Path, with an eastern direction bringing you to Praa Sands and its stunning beach with white sands that are blinding in the summer sunshine, or westward which brings you to the pretty town of Marazion and the gorgeous St Michael’s Mount, standing proudly in the sea and accessed by a causeway at low tide, it holds a medieval castle and sub-tropical gardens. With the village of Goldsithney offering you access to pubs and all your grocery essentials too, The Packing House has all you need to enjoy a spectacular holiday in southern Cornwall.
Goldsithney is a Cornish village set in just east of Marazion and enjoying close proximity to the south coast. It is home to a small stone church along with The Trevelyan Inn and the Crown Inn pubs, with a general store for your essentials, a Post Office and a farm shop nearby. Enjoy a day trip to Marazion where you can walk up to St Micheal's Mount when the tide is out, or have a beach day at the gorgeous Praa Sands.
