Inside, 20' depth-of-cottage living room with wood floor and beams (6’2"), TV/DVD and woodburner; dining area with huge granite inglenook (woodburner) and neat fitted kitchen (dishwasher, larder fridge); utility room (washing machine, microwave, freezer). Steepish stairs up to four bedrooms – two double, one with en suite shower-room (suite) and the other with limited clothes-hanging space, and two single, all with rural views; bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Useful outhouse for surfboards/bicycles. Easy access to good restaurants. Brilliant for walkers/families in an almost traffic-free situation.
