The house is described as comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious, with special mentions of the conservatory's panoramic views and the comfortable beds. The property's cleanliness and maintenance receive positive remarks, contributing to the overall excellent experience.

The property is repeatedly described as clean and well-presented, with guests expressing satisfaction with the cleanliness upon arrival. One review mentions the property could be 'a little fresher,' but this appears to be an isolated comment amidst overall high praise for cleanliness.

The location is unanimously acclaimed for its amazing views and easy access to the beach and coastal paths. Guests appreciate the proximity to local attractions and the ability to enjoy the natural beauty of Sennen Cove directly from the property.

Comfort is a highlight, with guests finding the beds very comfortable and the house cosy and warm. The spacious layout and functional rooms contribute to a comfortable stay, although there is a single mention of the property potentially benefiting from better maintenance.

Facilities are generally praised, with the property described as well-equipped and functional, including good Wi-Fi and plenty of hot water. However, a few guests suggest that the property could be better maintained, indicating room for improvement in this area.

While guests express gratitude for a hamper and the welcoming nature of the property, there is not enough information to determine if such gestures are a consistent offering from the hosts. As such, it is politely noted that while appreciated, such gifts may not be guaranteed.

At the age of 92, I thought my days of going on holiday were over. Due to a wonderful surprise, I find myself at Adanac! My very first visit to Cornwall. What a wonderful welcoming house. Spectacular views from every window, so 'comfortable and welcoming'! So much to see from the conservatory from changing tides, lifeboats and fishing boats going in and out, surfboarding lessons and fireworks all around the cove on bonfire night. Such a wonderful experience. I feel so privileged and lucky to have spent an exciting week here. Thank you so much.
