About this property

Tremanners is a beautiful apartment superbly located in the heart of the thriving picturesque coastal village of St Agnes, north Cornwall. The apartment is an ideal base from which to make the most of this stunning unspoilt part of the coast, with four excellent beaches and some of the south west's finest coastal paths and walks all close by. Driving through the village, turn off through a gated entrance, appreciating the impressive Georgian-style house, Trearren, in which the apartment is housed. Located on the first floor, a short flight of stairs will bring you to the entrance and once inside you will feel at home with the spacious living/dining room, a contemporary social space with tasteful decor throughout, with the added ambience of an electric fire. The kitchen offers ample amenities to cater to your needs, tucked away into stylish furniture, so why not cook up a storm with your loved ones, which can be enjoyed with views across the grounds? When sleep calls, freshen up in the sleek bathroom, before catching your rest in one of the two beautifully presented bedrooms, choosing between a double with an en-suite, and a twin. Outside, at the rear of the house, you have a delightful private garden, where you can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the views of the former mining buildings brought back to life by the Poldark TV series. Steeped in mining history one of the many dramatic coastal walks, very close by, will take you past the iconic Wheal Coates engine house from where the view right down the coast to St Ives is amazing and not to be missed. Although St Agnes is only a small village, apart from the wonderful beaches, it also offers top class restaurants, traditional Cornish pubs and lots of interesting individual shops and galleries, and the beauty of it is, they are all on your doorstep only a few minutes walk away. The property offers four stunning beaches close by, plentiful walks along the coast, and beautiful scenery throughout the World Heritage Site. With St Agnes being so conveniently located for touring the whole North Cornish coastline and Cornwall's largest beach at Perranporth only four miles away, this cottage is the ideal base for a great Cornish holiday whatever time of year.

The apartment is in a perfect location for the shops, coffee shops, and pubs in town. Also it's just a short walk down to Trevaunance Cove, and to footpaths leading to St Agnes Beacon and the SW Coast Path. It was clean and very well-equipped. I can thoroughly recommend a stay here.
