Guests say

Guests consistently praise Little Polgray for its cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location near public transport. The hosts are commended for their friendliness, and the property is noted for its cosy atmosphere and thoughtful touches, such as provided essentials and a welcoming garden.

Reviewers unanimously mention the cleanliness of the property, describing it as 'very clean and comfortable' and 'immaculately clean', indicating a high standard of hygiene and upkeep.

The property's location is frequently highlighted as a positive feature, with its proximity to buses, trains, and shops making it an ideal base for exploring Cornwall.

Comfort is a recurring theme, with guests finding the beds cosy and the property warm and pleasant. One mention of steep stairs in an old building does not detract significantly from the overall comfort.

Facilities are generally well-received, with all essentials provided. However, a suggestion for a washing machine for longer stays indicates room for improvement in this area.

Thoughtfulness is evident through mentions of provided milk and macaroons, although it should be noted that such gifts, while appreciated, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Ideal as a touring base, close to all shops, buses and trains.

  • Stephen

Bus and train stations very close by so no need to use the car if you don't want to.Friendly hosts (and dog) Everything provided for what we needed but as we stayed longer than a week personal choice would be to have a washing machine on site.Would definately stay again.
