Welcome to this contemporary home situated within a quiet residential community on the outskirts of the picturesque seaside village of Charlestown. Perfect for families or couples with their two dogs, this cosy retreat offers stylish neutral tones and comes complete with a sun-trap patio garden for al fresco dining.

Step through the front door into the welcoming hallway. Continue into the living room, featuring comfortable sofas and seating, a Smart TV, and ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. Off the living room, find the kitchen, well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals served at the dining table for four. A convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor. Upstairs, the spacious king-size bedroom overlooks the rear garden, while the cosy twin bedroom at the front of the house is bathed in natural light. The bathroom, serving both bedrooms, provides the choice of a relaxing soak in the tub or a refreshing shower. At the back of the house, discover a quaint courtyard with a metal staircase leading up to the patio garden.
