Guests say

Guests consistently praise the cottage for its prime location, comfort, and cleanliness. The property is well-equipped and offers stunning views, making it an ideal base for exploring Cornwall. The village amenities add to the convenience, and the property's charm is frequently noted. While there are minor maintenance issues, the overall experience is highly regarded, with many expressing a desire to return.

The cottage is repeatedly described as very clean and tidy, with only one mention of subpar cleaning prior to arrival. The housekeeping team is credited for their good work, indicating high standards of cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its easy access to local amenities, beaches, coastal paths, and attractions like Penzance and Lands End. The sea views and proximity to Cromer are also appreciated, contributing to the high score.

The cottage is frequently referred to as comfortable and cosy, with a homely feel. There is one mention of an uncomfortable mattress, but overall, the property is considered very comfortable.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the property described as well-equipped. However, there are a few reports of issues with the dishwasher and washing machine, suggesting some room for improvement in maintenance.

While guests mention welcome tea trays and a box of tea, coffee, and biscuits, these are not consistent across reviews, and it is not clear if such gestures are a standard offering. Therefore, it is not possible to accurately score thoughtfulness based on the available information.

Lovely property in a great location, roughly 1 mile walk into centre of Cromer .The upstairs living room and kitchen make the most of the sea view )sea mist permitting). No 1 Cromer recommended for fish and chips. Dudley's Bakery excellent for bread, freshly made sandwiches, sausage rolls and pies.
