Gulland is a fabulous, first-floor apartment enjoying nestled on the coast in Port Isaac, Cornwall. Showcasing stunning views of the beach and sea, whilst being a frontline property with a large cliff top garden, Gulland is the perfect stay for three adults. After parking in the handy garage, make your way up the stairs to find a well-presented living/dining room, a space featuring stylish timber walls that behold dual-aspect windows for you to marvel at those glorious views with; the space is also home to a plush sofa that rests in front of the Smart TV, making for an ideal relaxation space. The kitchen hosts all the appliances you require to fix up mouthwatering meals with, to be enjoyed at the living/dining room's table; why not crack open a bottle of wine and make a toast to this enviable, seaside escape? As day turns to night, choose between two bedrooms to sleep in, with one being a double and the other being a single; both bedrooms provide you with storage, so you can easily pack your things away. The bedrooms share a shower room, a space enjoying a coastal theme and is a great spot to wash away the day in! In the morning, savour a steaming cup of morning coffee or tea in the garden, as you soak in the sea breeze. Head into the pretty village of Port Isaac, for an outing packed with exploring the independent shops, eateries, including two restaurants by Nathan Outlaw, as well as sunbathing on the village's beautiful beaches and walking through the nearby, coastal scenery along the South Western Coastal Path. Polzeath is just moments away and is home to a gorgeous beach resting on Hayle Bay, where you can catch the sun's rays, surf and beachcombe to your heart's content; finish the day off with a bite to eat at one of the eateries inhabiting the village, including Surfside and Oystercatcher. Padstow also makes for a great day out and is bound to appease those aquatic fans of the group, as it is home to the renowned National Lobster Hatchery, along with hosting Padstow Sealife Safaris. There is plenty more to see in the wider area, from Trevathan Farm Shop and St. Enodoc Golf Course to the beautiful bays of Lundy and Epphaven. Port Isaac is known to be one of Cornwall's 'true treasures'. A stunning village, sandwiched between two sandy beaches, whilst also boasting access to the South Western Coastal Path and the Portwenn Viewpoint; Port Isaac certainly lives up to this title! Visitors will be pleased to discover the village's fantastic selection of local shops, pubs and eateries, meaning they won't need to stray far from their retreat to enjoy some good food, local wares and a tasty pint!

Note: The allocated parking space is inside the garage which is located next to a wall, suitable for one small car, dimensions for the garage are: 7 foot wide x 17 foot long x 6 foot high; any vehicle too wide to park in the garage must be parked in the nearby car park after dropping off luggage, there is no alternative parking at the property, the owner asks that you are fully aware of the restricted parking facility before booking, so you can make arrangements ahead of time if needed for alternative parking and to avoid any disappointment while staying, the owner is not responsible for costs incurred should your car exceed the dimensions suitable for the allocated garage space, the cost per car at present is £10.50 per 24 hour stay in the local car park that you drive through to get to the property.
Note: This property is not suitable for those with limited mobility, please consider this when booking (access is via a curved external staircase up to the main door on the first floor and there is a step up in the garden, please take care).
