Beds: 1 x King-size, 3 x twin (2x zip and link).

Ground Floor: Cloakroom, Lounge/Dining, Kitchen and 1 bedroom. with en-suite bathroom.
First Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower room), and bathroom.
Second Floor: 1 bedroom.
Kitchen & Utilities: Full size fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine.
Entertainment: Smart TV.
For families: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate
Outside: Large decked terrace area with gate at bottom of steps, also balcony benefiting from pleasant countryside views. Coal BBQ, patio table and chairs,
Parking: Parking for 2 cars.
General: Wifi available. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). No smoking.
Pets: 2 small/medium dogs are accepted.
