The apartment is well-equipped with modern amenities, though there are reports of maintenance issues such as problematic windows, doors, and appliances. The need for better maintenance in certain areas affects the score.

Good location and amazing views. Only downside.. it is very warm. It was about 17-18 degrees during the day whilst we were there and it was very warm on a night, the fans made little difference. Take extra fans! Also no idea how to get in the bin store. Would stay again and would recommend. Thank you!

Simple booking process, great price and easy to follow directions. There can't be many places close to the center of St. Ives with dedicated parking and fantastic views that are better than this. We also bumped into the cleaners who were super friendly and helpful.
