Perfect for beach and walking holidays and ideal for families or couples this contemporary beautifully furnished house in St Ives overlooking the magnificent Porthmeor beach. Set over three floors with superb seaviews from most rooms especially the living room and balcony, Godrevy offers quality accommodation in a good location and is available all year round. You enter the house on the first floor where the spacious open plan living room is located with a log burner for the cooler days or when storm watching from such a great vantage point. The views here are simply stunning and lead out onto the balcony looking out over St Ives Bay, the beach and as far as Godrevy lighthouse. There are 3 bedrooms here, the master with a king size bed and en suite shower, WC and basin on the lower ground floor, also a twin with zip and link beds on the lower ground floor with both these bedrooms benefiting from direct access out onto the lawned garden. The third bedroom is on the second floor with zip and link beds and amazing views. The family bathroom is on the lower ground floor and there is an additional bathroom on the ground floor making 3 in total. With a wireless Sonos system, two smart TVs in the living room with netflix and a TV in each bedroom you will sense the luxury throughout. A short walk will take you down into St Ives with a choice of great restaurants and historic old pubs offer something for all tastes. The same distance away several beaches, including the lush, golden stretch of Porthmeor Beach, St Ives’ most premier beach. Popular with surfers and water sports enthusiasts alike due to the south-westerly gales it enjoys, this beautiful, Blue Flag destination has lifeguards on duty from Easter to October, is flanked by two, rugged headlands, and boasts magnificent, awe-inspiring views that gaze out upon the brilliant blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Meanwhile, the spectacular coastal path offers more breathtaking views and exhilarating walks. A splendid house for memorable holidays. Note: This property can be booked alongside ref 952480 and ref 952482, sleeping in total 24.
One of Cornwall's prettiest harbour towns, St Ives offers narrow streets, tight-packed cottages nestling around the quayside, the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum, fabulous beaches, superb shops, a thriving community of artists, great pubs and restaurants and much more. With its semi Bohemian lifestyle and romantic air, it's easy to see why this is the county's premier holiday resort. The surrounding area has much for the visitor to see and do with abundant wildlife, fabulous coastal walks, top quality surfing and the Celtic mysteries of the Land's End Peninsula are all within easy reach. A superb destination!

Clean, bright and beautifully appointed property in one of the prime locations for St Ives. Short walk to the best beach out of 5 to chose from. The view from the large balcony (where 6 could easily eat al fresco is dramatic. Each bedroom have a dedicated bathroom ( one ensuite) and the top floor bedroom is vast ( we had that and let our daughter have the ground floor with ensuite). 4 min walk to a Spar with most of what you need for self catering (Tesco was other side of the Town through the busy high street ). The large garden with BBQ and lots of seats also makes a large family / small group stay even more inviting. Other adjacent properties owned are owned by Liz so lots of options available. If you got to St Ives or this part of Cornwall we highly recommend staying here.

It was as with previous years wonderful and especially so as St Ives treated us to six days of continuous sun and warm weather. The property itself was clean, well maintained with the facilities required to keep a child with various tablets and game consoles connected. The host as with prior years checked in to see if we were happy on the day of arrival and was generally very accomodating. Our only constructive feedback is with the rise of electric vehicles that the property may benefit from the installation of a charger at some point. The Sykes service continues to be frictionless..

The view from the balcony is amazing and having parking is a real plus point. We will definitely stay here again!
