With an attractive balcony ideal for al fresco dining and taking enjoying local seaside views, this popular property is perfect for exploring St Ives. Parking on site makes this a perfect choice for a break away.
48 St Nicholas Court is in a great location overlooking Porthmeor beach in St Ives and enjoys sea views across the bay from its elevated position. This loft style apartment is all on the third floor with a spacious open plan lounge/diner, separate kitchen, a kingsize zip and link bedroom (can be made into a twin on request) and a bathroom with shower over the bath. There is a small patio area with seating that is accessed from the bedroom and parking for one car provided in the communal garage.
