The bedrooms were more than big enough and had plenty of storage space. The overall location was perfect for us as it was only a 5 minute walk into the town centre which meant it was nice and quiet. The only thing that would improve the property is to the living room, we felt it didnât feel big enough to hold 7/8 people as the sofa is small and could only fit two comfortably, maybe a larger more comfortable sofa would make the world of difference and would make spending time in the living room much more enjoyable. Besides that it was a perfect stay in a brilliant place. I would recommend others to stay here.

The welcome pack was also a very nice touch. Even though the property was on a hill it was still an easy walk into the centre of St Ives and the parking outside was a bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay would return again to this property.

The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, stylishly modern and extremely well equipped. There was also a lovely welcome pack on arrival which was very much appreciated (including fresh milk for a cup of tea). Great Wi-Fi suitable for streaming on the nice big TV in the lounge. Porch area for shoes/boots and outdoor gear. We used the loft bedroom and en-suite, bed was comfortable, shower very good. Worth noting is the only bedroom mirror was in the master bedroom so my wife had to use this to dry her hair. The location is great, a short walk past the Barbara Hepworth museum right into the centre of town. We had one issue with the boiler but this was sorted out very quickly. Weâd definitely stay here again.
