This bright, compact studio apartment forms the top floor of a traditional fisherman's cottage, just feet away from St Ives harbour.

Rooms: Open plan Kitchen / Diner / Bedroom and Bathroom.
Kitchen & utilities: Fridge, electric cooker and microwave.
Outside: No outside space
Parking: No private parking, but the nearest public parking is the Island Car Park. It is possible to unload outside the property for a short period.
General: Electricity and oil included in rent. Wifi provided. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Pets: No pets are accepted in this property.
Accessibility: The property will not be suitable for people with mobility issues as there are a number of steps.
