This lovely apartment less than a mile walk from Constantine Bay is ideal for families or a group of six friends looking for an active seaside holiday. The bay is a haven for nature enthusiasts and beachgoers alike. Constantine Bay boasts a pristine sandy shore and crystal-clear turquoise waters, creating an ideal backdrop for relaxation, sandcastle competitions and water sports. A short drive away, the picturesque fishing village and harbour of Padstow (4 miles) beckons with delectable seafood on offer in this ever-popular destination.

This gorgeous apartment has a reverse-level design set over two floors, so the upstairs living space takes full advantage of the stunning sea views. Downstairs opens into a hallway with a bunk bedroom, a bathroom, and a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower. Patio doors lead out to the garden. Upstairs is a light and spacious open-plan living space with a kitchen/diner and a lounge, creating a contemporary and homely social hub. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm, and after enjoying your meal, relax on the comfortable sofa in the lounge and watch a family film. On fine days, open the balcony doors, sit on the outdoor sofa set and enjoy a sundowner drink gazing at the crystal waters. A king-size bedroom completes this floor. Outside is a patio and garden space accessible from the side of the property and the ground floor bedroom.

Camel Creek Family Theme Park is 6 miles away or you could take the children to the Lappa Valley Railway for a trip on the steam train (17.5 miles). There are plenty of headlands and cliff-top walks to explore, with National Trust’s Carnewas at Bedruthan and Stepper Point less than 6 miles away. If you can tear yourself away from the gorgeous beaches, then the iconic Eden Project (22 miles) with its biospheres is a must-visit attraction.

    This is an absolutely fantastic property that has everything a family could need. As the pictures show it is really new and very modern - all the furnishings are high quality. It has the best and most complete kitchen setup we've ever experience - everything you could possibly need (including a whole range of picnic plates/cutlery, cool bags and freeze blocks in the freezer - so if you are coming in the summer then that's one thing you don't need to pack). Views of the see from the lounge balcony and master bedroom were stunning. One of the other reviewers said the pictures don't do it justice - which I agree. Couple of extra bits There is a lockable outside cupboard for boards/wetsuits (plus a outside shower) One parking space is directly in front of the property entrance with the other around 20metres away. The walk down to beach is around 1/4 mile at most. The Constantine Bay stores (1min walk away) has plenty on offer including fresh coffee/pastries The Cornish Arms (5mins in the car or 35 min walk) does great food and beer (dog friendly) - worth booking in advance.

    Very conveniently located apartment. Great for couples. Probably less ideal for families with lots of equipment as not much storage for kit.
