Perched on the outskirts of Delabole, Cornwall, is this wonderful, detached house 16 Medrose Street. Enjoying a superb location right on the outskirts of the stunning Pentire Point Nature Reserve and within easy reach of the coast, 16 Medrose Street is a fantastic pet and family-friendly choice for a group or family of seven. The property benefits from roadside parking and a lovely, enclosed garden, perfect for dining alfresco whilst your pooch and little ones safely run and play. On the ground floor of your new holiday home, you will find a well-equipped kitchen where you can whip up tasty dishes, ready to enjoy at the dining table for six as you recount the days adventures, before retiring to the inviting sitting room where you can relax on the plush seating in front of a much-loved show on the TV. Continue through to find a lovely king-size bedroom with access to a cloakroom. Completing the ground floor is a handy cupboard housing a washing machine. Head upstairs, where you will find a bathroom, ideal for freshening up with your choice of bath or shower after an adventure-filled day, along with three further bedrooms, a king-size, a twin with zip/link, and a single stacker bed. Explore the village, where you can stock up on essentials at the convenience store, order in fresh fish and chips from Smugglers, or treat your loved ones to a meal out at the welcoming Bettle & Chisel. Next stop is Tintagel, where you can explore Merlin’s Cave, the National Trust site of Tintagel Old Post Office, and the Tintagel Toy Museum, visit the fascinating Tintagel Castle, followed by a sweet treat from Scoop or The Village Tearooms. A new footbridge with amazing views has recently been added near the beautiful Kings Arthurs Castle. Don’t forget the gorgeous Crackington haven beach only 15 minutes away by car. This quiet village is only 2.5 miles from the dramatic north Cornish coastline, which is home to some of the world's highest cliffs and most beautiful natural scenery because of its historically high quality building and ornamental slate production. It's a great vacation spot for those who want to hike the South West Coastal Path, visit the nearby Bodmin Moor, or just relax on the beach at nearby Trebarwith Strand. Port Isaac, a quaint harbour town, and Tintagel, home to tourist attractions and the legendary castle of King Arthur, are both within driving distance, as is the beautiful surfing beach at Polzeath, located just nine miles away. Just five minutes away is Slaughtersbridge, the site of King Arthur's last battle, and further north along the coast is the picturesque cove of Crackington Haven. A location removed from the crush of tourists, yet still convenient to a wide variety of attractions.
