Kitchen & utilities: Stable door into kitchen, Under-counter fridge, Under-counter freezer (located in dining area), electric cooker with double oven, grill and ceramic hob, slow cooker microwave, hot water via electric on demand supply.
Entertainment: Smart TV and DVD player.
For families: Travel cot available on request.
Outside: Large rear enclosed lawned area, with garden furniture, washing line, BBQ.
Parking: Parking area outside the property.
General: Electricity and oil included in rent. Wifi provided. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Pets: £20 per pet per week. Please note that dogs are not permitted upstairs at all or on lounge furniture - a stairgate is available on request if helpful. Please call us if you wish to bring more than 2 dogs as this may be possible by prior arrangement.
Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Notes: Please order unlinked beds in advance. Please note the garden may be unavailable during March - May due to lambing season.
