Three Views Lodge in Torpoint, Cornwall, is highly praised for its comfort, cleanliness, and stunning views. Guests appreciate the spacious, well-equipped accommodation and the variety of local activities. The site's amenities, including a swimming pool and restaurant, add to the enjoyable experience, although a small shop for essentials is missed. The thoughtful touches by the owners are well-received.
Reviewers consistently describe the lodge as immaculate, clean, and fresh, indicating a high standard of cleanliness.
The location is celebrated for its amazing views and proximity to local attractions, though accessibility to the beach may be challenging for some.
Guests find the lodge comfortable, homely, and spacious, with great living space, suggesting a very comfortable stay.
The site's facilities, including a swimming pool, restaurant, and laundrette, are appreciated, but the absence of a shop for basics and the mention of a dark restaurant interior slightly affect the score.
The owners' attention to detail and helpful communication are noted, and while some goodies are mentioned, these should be considered a delightful bonus rather than an expectation.
Three Views Lodge is an attractive lodge resting on the family owned Whitsand Bay Fort Holiday Village, within short walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in the UK, the stunning Whistand Bay .It is close to many more fantastic surf beaches, and at the beach opposite there is Adventure Bay Surf School. Equipped to an excellent standard, the lodge offers a tranquil escape for families eager to get away from the normality and experience this wonderful Cornish region. The lodge comfortably sleeps 6 people, including a master bedroom with ensuite, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The large open plan living, dining and kitchen area has wonderful views across to the sea, rolling farmland and over to Plymouth. The lounge area has comfy sofa seating for 6, an electric fireplace for colder evenings, and a TV. There is plenty of cooking space for holiday meals, with ample workspace, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining area. You’ll find outdoor furniture out on the decking, so you can sit and enjoy the views with a glass or two, or visit The Fort Inn Restaurant & Bar for food and drink. For a change of scenery, the stunning city of Plymouth is well worth a visit and only a boat ride away, home to a range of fun-packed activities and attractions. Only 3 miles from HMS Raleigh, making the property a great place to stay when attending a Passing Out Parade for HMS Raleigh. The sweet coastal villages of Cawsand and Kingsand, are a few miles away and are accessible by bus, as are Milbrook and Cremyll, and Looe is only a short drive away.
Set in a bowl of hills at the head of a tidal creek that leads to the Hamoaze, opposite the great naval city of Plymouth, Millbrook is located on the Rame Peninsula, "Cornwall's Forgotten Corner". Bounded by the Lynher and Tamar rivers, the Hamoaze and the sea, the area is deeply rural and designated as one of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village has a good range of shops and pubs, while close by are the pretty coastal villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, from which a ferry will take you to Plymouth. Along the southern edges of the peninsula are miles of beautiful walks with glorious views of Rame Head. Just a mile south of Millbrook lies Whitsand Bay with its miles of uncrowded sandy rnli patrolled beach and dramatic cliffs. A superb base for discovering the wild side of Cornwall.

Very spacious, clean and the kitchen had everything. The views were stunning over to Plymouth and the bay and we enjoyed watching the cows coming down for milking. The site restaurant, although being quite dark inside, the food was great with plenty of choice and the staff were lovely. The only thing missing was a 'shop' which would have been nice to get milk, eggs, bread etc. The walk down to the beach was quite difficult, steep steps with no rail and not suitable for young children but once there it was clean, beautiful and well worth the walk down. Also a cafe at the top and bottom certainly helped. We are already looking at returning another year.

Amazing views. Quite site. We were left some goodies and milk on our arrival and an email from the owners. Definitely highly recommend to visit. It is rural so be prepared for hills and narrow lanes.

The lodge itself is immaculate, clean and fresh. The space is great for a family and we had a lovely week spending time as a family.
