Exposed wooden beams, floor-to-ceiling picture windows and a roaring wood burner featured in the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner at the heart of this home-from-home create a warmth and homely ambience that beckons you to unwind. The sophisticated kitchen centres around a generous kitchen island whilst the contemporary dining table at the centre of the room provides ample seating for your whole party. Perfectly placed for best admiring the latest blockbuster on the Smart TV, the plush sofas at the rear of the room simply ooze serenity. The sunroom maximises natural sunlight and far-reaching views whilst all three en-suite super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made up as twins) offer wonderfully green views and sumptuous linens. Soak up your fresh countryside air by dining alfresco on the paved patio as children let off some steam on the large, enclosed sloping lawn. One of the delights of the rolling countryside and surrounding fields is the diverse farm stock and wildlife, with this in mind we ask that you enjoy the grounds responsibly with children and dogs alike.

Surrounded by fabulous walking country, stroll through dense woodland amidst the ruins of an abandoned gunpowder factory to discover waterfalls and babbling brooks at Kennall Vale Nature Reserve (15 miles), set across 20 acres along the River Kennall, or explore the splendour of The Lost Gardens of Heligan, 9 miles away.
