**Hustyns Resort is under new management (2025) and is undergoing a fabulous makeover to enhance guest experience**

Set within the huge, landscaped grounds and gardens of Hustyns Resort near Wadebridge, Number 13 offers groups of friends and families a sumptuous retreat close to Cornwall’s north coast. Arranged over two floors, there’s a spacious living area on the ground floor along with a modern kitchen and dining room where guests can unwind, cook and entertain in comfort. Sliding doors open to a sunny decking patio with wonderful valley views, creating a fabulous spot for outdoor eating and relaxation in the sunshine.

Three lovely bedrooms (all with Smart TV’s), provide plenty of room for six guests, two are on the ground floor with one being en-suite. The stunning master bedroom takes up the entire top floor and has doors leading out to a private balcony. This room also features a large light-filled bathroom with big jacuzzi bath.

Hustyns Resort is just a short drive from the popular harbour town of Padstow. The Eden Project lies 12.5 miles away and is perfect for days out with all the family. Nearby, towns like Newquay, Rock, and Polzeath offer sandy beaches for surfers and sunbathers while nature enthusiasts can explore Hustyn Wood’s paths, or cycle the scenic Camel Cycle Trail, just 10 minutes away.

From May 2025, the resort will offer many fantastic on-site facilities too so if you fancy a car-free break, there’s plenty to keep you entertained on your doorstep. These shared facilities include:

This bedroom has is furnished with twin beds (which can be zipped together to form a super king on request), bedside tables, bedside lamps, mirror, built-in wardrobe, large unit and Smart TV with Freeview

Bedroom Three (first floor en-suite)

The master bedroom rests on the top floor and has its own balcony with views over the grounds and valley
