**Hustyns Resort is under new management (2025) and is undergoing a fabulous makeover to enhance guest experience**

Perfectly suited to guests looking for the peacefulness of the countryside while still being within easy reach of Cornwall’s beautiful North Coast, this lovely home is an ideal place for holidays with family and friends. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor creates a natural flow between the spaces and offers a bright and airy atmosphere for unwinding and entertaining.

Step through the French doors onto a large, furnished terrace, where stunning views over the resort's grounds and the rolling valley beyond are showcased. Here you can dine alfresco, savour sundowners or simply soaking up the surroundings. On cooler days, the living area’s fireplace and 50 inch Smart TV make for a sumptuous place to curl up with a book or enjoy a your favourite box sets and movies.

Upstairs, the master suite is a dream. It features its own private balcony with views of the surrounding landscape as well as a luxurious bathroom with a sauna, jacuzzi bath, and separate shower. This suite provides the perfect sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. Downstairs, there are two additional beautifully appointed bedrooms—one with a king-sized bed and the other with twin beds. Each of the three bedrooms has a Smart TV.

Just a short drive away is the popular harbour town of Padstow. The Eden Project lies 12.5 miles away and is perfect for days out with all the family. Nearby, towns like Newquay, Rock, and Polzeath offer sandy beaches for surfers and sunbathers while nature enthusiasts can explore Hustyn Wood’s woodland paths or cycle the scenic Camel Cycle Trail, just 10 minutes away.

From May 2025, the resort will offer many fantastic on-site facilities too so if you fancy a car-free break, there’s plenty to keep you entertained on your doorstep. These shared facilities include:
